JSC Elabuganeft has proven expertise and experience in oil and gas field surface construction, petroleum and petrochemical engineering, long-distance pipeline construction and marine engineering & construction etc, supported by a number of dedicated and efficient survey, design, engineering and construction crews as well as well-established quality management systems and a full set of operational and technical procedures. We are capable of carrying out construction operations under extreme geological and climate conditions in swamps, jungles and deserts. We have participated in the design and construction of large-scale petroleum and petrochemical projects in more than 50 countries and achieved a remarkable track record.
We are the domestic leader in building capacity of onshore oil and gas fields. We have the capacity to build surface works to accommodate facilities with 20 Mt/a oil production capacity and 10 bcm/a gas production capacity. In addition, we have established technology packages of surface engineering in conventional oil and gas fields, in high water cut, low permeability, ultra heavy and high condensate content oil fields, and in high pressure, high sulfur content, and high yield gas fields. As well as, we have been contracted and accomplished surface works for a number of oil and gas fields in Russia, China, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Chad, UAE and Iraq etc.
We have standardized surface engineering design in oil and gas fields in the domestic market by rolling out standardized and modular design, and enhancing the engineering design, construction quality, material procurement, engineering supervision, and matching construction.
JSC Elabuganeft has years of proven expertise and experience in pipeline construction in complex conditions such as mountainous areas, deserts, plateaus, swamps, water courses and collapsible loess. With regard to long-distance pipeline construction, we have mastered an entire set of design and construction technologies for pipelines featuring large diameter (Φ914-Φ1219mm), high pressure, high grade steel (X70, X80, and X90), and thick wall (14.5-33mm).
We also possess the design technology for the orderly transmission of refined products as well as design and laying technologies for shallow-water pipelines. We are capable of designing and building 150,000m3 oil tanks and 10,000m3 spherical tanks, with an annual construction capacity of 26 million cubic meter for oil tanks and 16 million cubic meters for refined products. In addition, we can design and build natural gas liquefaction plants and LNG terminals, as well as cryogenic LNG tanks with per unit capacity of 200,000 cubic meters.
We are equipped with the state-of-the-art TDW2400 in-service plugging system to handle tapping under the pressure up to 15 MPa with a tap diameter up to 1.5 meters.
JSC Elabuganeft has proven expertise and experience in the design, manufacturing and installation of offshore petroleum systems while being capable of providing integrated offshore engineering services in drilling, downhole operation, formation testing and production testing, engineering design and construction, and marine transportation.
We have completed a series of research and development activities in offshore engineering installations such as a multi-purpose workboat and drilling platform, and conducted construction projects such as the Omsk Offshore Engineering Construction Base. While constantly improving our shallow-sea installations, we are making further efforts to explore the business in deep water areas as well as in different sea areas at home and abroad.
A number of environmental engineering projects are ready for commissioning, including wastewater treatment at Petrochemical, emission-reduction project, and flue gas purification project. Also the off-gas treatment Petrochemical and VOCs project at Moscow Petrochemical advanced steadily.
JSC Elabuganeft is capable of designing and building 10Mt/a refining and 1Mt/a ethylene facilities. In Russia, we are the leader in independently developed technologies for the production of 400Kt/a ABS resin, 400Kt/a polyester, and 1.2Mt/a PTA. We have also developed technology packages for the production of 450Kt/a synthetic ammonia and 800Kt/a urea.
